1.Adjustment of the distance between the axes:
If the splitter has a gap in the positioning work area after prolonged use and wear,the gap is eliminated by adjusting the distance between the shafts.This can be done by simultaneously adjusting the eccentric sleeves on both ends of the input shaft.
2.Adjustment of input and output axial position:
The axial position of the cam splitter can be adjusted by adjusting the lock nut on either side of the cam or the bearing gland on both sides of the input shaft.It is possible to adjust the axial position of the splitter wheel by adjusting the bearing gland at either end of the output shaft or the lock nut at the rear end.
